Meet Marilyn Sheridan
I was born, the first of ten children to Norman and Patricia Paris. I grew up in Andover, Ma. As the eldest child I had the role, early on, of helping to care for my siblings. So, as a result caring for the young is an integral part of my personality. I have always enjoyed teaching. After 30 years of teaching for CCISD, I decided to follow my heart and teach for the Diocese. This was a promise had made to God after I was widowed. I had promised to give him five years after my youngest child was settled in college.
After spending my elementary years at Saint Augustine's Grammar school, I attended and graduated from Andover High School. Shortly after graduating my family moved to Corpus Christi. I pursued a Bachelor of Education degree in Elementary Education with an additional kindergarten certification from Texas A & I University in Kingsville. I later obtained a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a reading endorsement from CCSU.
I am always open to communication with my parents. I prefer to meet face to face. Although I can be reached on Remind or by e-mail. My conference time is from 10:30 to 11:15 daily. I am happy to make arrangements after school as well.
